Verified creators may sell premium albums and receive tips from other users via cryptocurrency payments processed through DePay. Payments are sent directly to the creator's cryptocurrency wallet. Rule34.hot does not hold, process, or custody any funds at any point during the transaction.

Creators are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, reporting obligations, or regulatory requirements related to their earnings.

AI features (image generation and roleplay) consume Energy credits. Energy can be purchased via cryptocurrency through DePay. Energy credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable. Unused Energy remains in your account until used.

The following content is strictly prohibited on Rule34.hot:

• Content depicting minors or characters depicted as minors in any sexual context, whether real, AI-generated, drawn, or simulated.
• Deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery of real people.

Users can report content that violates these terms using the Report button on any post. We review all reports and remove content found to be in violation. For copyright-related takedowns, please see our DMCA Policy and submit requests via our contact form.

You agree not to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that violates these terms.

The Rule34.hot name, logo, and website design are the property of the platform. User-uploaded content remains the property of the uploader. AI-generated content created through our tools is owned by the user who generated it, subject to any applicable limitations of the underlying AI models.

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Rule34.hot does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Site at your own risk.
